Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and update it if it changes.

2. The service

TIJAART provides you with virtual US and UK shipping addresses. Packages received on your behalf are photographed, weighed, and stored for up to 60 days free of charge. You then instruct us to consolidate and forward them to Pakistan using the carrier and service level you choose.

3. Pricing & payment

• Shipping is charged per kilogram based on billable (dimensional or actual) weight. Standard rate: US$35/kg.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is a flat US$65 add-on to your shipping cost — no separate customs or duty invoice at delivery.
• Storage beyond 60 days is charged US$1/package/day.
• All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable once a shipment is dispatched.

4. Prohibited & restricted items

You may not ship items prohibited by the laws of the US, UK, or Pakistan or by our carriers. These include, without limitation:

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their parts.
• Hazardous or flammable materials, aerosols, lithium-metal batteries (loose), and pressurised containers.
• Illegal drugs, unregistered pharmaceuticals, and unregistered medical devices.
• Counterfeit goods, pirated media, and items that infringe intellectual property.
• Currency, negotiable instruments, and precious metals in bulk.
• Live animals, perishable food, human remains, and biological samples.
• Any other item restricted by customs regulations in the destination country.

5. Declared value & customs

You are solely responsible for accurately declaring the value of every package. Undervaluation is illegal and may result in seizure, fines, or criminal penalties. If you request a change of declared value, you must upload a legible invoice from the original merchant that clearly shows the value you are requesting. You may submit a maximum of three (3) declared-value change requests per package.

6. Inspection & repacking

We may open, inspect, photograph, and repack any package to comply with carrier or customs rules, to reduce dimensional weight, or to consolidate shipments. We are not responsible for original manufacturer packaging being retained.

7. Delivery times

Advertised delivery windows (3–7 days for express carriers) are estimates provided by our carrier partners. TIJAART is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, force majeure, or carrier operations.

8. Liability

Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed packages is limited to the lesser of (a) the declared value on file, or (b) US$100 per shipment, unless you purchased additional insurance at checkout. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Abandoned packages

Packages left unpaid or without shipping instructions for more than 90 days may be deemed abandoned and disposed of or donated at our discretion. Storage fees will apply until disposal.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, attempt to ship prohibited items, undervalue packages, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support once all outstanding shipments are settled.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
